My name is Iva, I am a full time professional photographer with a background in economics and marketing.

Photography has been part of my life for over thirty years. It all began with a Zenit film camera and countless hours spent in the darkroom developing black-and-white photographs. Technology has changed dramatically since then, but the reason I photograph has remained the same – to capture people as they truly are.

I built my experience working as a photographer aboard cruise ships before moving to the United Kingdom, where I specialised in portrait photography and worked with people from many different cultures. Those years taught me that trust and a relaxed atmosphere are the foundation of every great portrait.

Today, in my studio Iza Objektiva in Zagreb, I specialise in portrait photography and capturing life's important moments. Whether you're booking a maternity session, a business headshot, or simply want beautiful portraits of yourself, my goal is to create photographs that will stand the test of time.

If you feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, you're not alone. Most of my clients tell me they're not photogenic or that they don't enjoy being photographed. My job is to guide you through the entire experience, create a relaxed atmosphere, and help you feel comfortable enough to be yourself.

I also dedicate a great deal of care to post-processing. Every photograph is edited individually by hand, without automated filters or one-size-fits-all solutions. I continually refine my skills and techniques to ensure my clients receive photographs they'll treasure for many years to come.

LOCATION

The studio is located at Markuševečka Dubrava 28, Zagreb. Free parking is available across the street, and there is also a private parking space in the studio courtyard.

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

Sessions are available on weekdays and weekends. Simply send me an email or give me a call to check availability and arrange a time that works best for you.

HOW TO BOOK & PAYMENT

Booking your session is easy—just get in touch by phone or email, and we'll find a suitable date.

After your session, I will send you an invoice for your chosen package. Payment must be received before I send you access to your private online gallery containing your professionally edited digital photographs.

MY PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE

Before we begin, I like to spend a little time getting to know you (and your family, if you're coming together). I believe everyone feels more comfortable once we've had a chance to relax.

I'll never ask you to force a smile or pretend to be someone you're not. Instead, I photograph you naturally while we talk, allowing genuine expressions and spontaniuos moments to unfold.

IMAGE SELECTION & DELIVERY

About 10 days after your session, you'll receive access to a private online gallery containing low-resolution, watermarked preview images. From these, you'll choose your favourite photographs according to the package you've selected.

If you'd like, you can also upgrade your package or purchase additional edited digital photographs for €15 per image.

Once you've made your selection, maternity and family photographs will be ready within four weeks, while business portraits are usually delivered within one week.

Your final high-resolution images will be added to your gallery for download, along with web-sized versions optimised for social media sharing.

Your online gallery will remain available for 60 days, after which it will be permanently removed.
