You don't need a special occasion to step in front of the camera.
Perhaps you want to celebrate a birthday, mark a new chapter in your life, or simply have beautiful portraits that show you the way the people who love you see you. Or maybe you don't need a reason at all, sometimes doing something just for yourself is reason enough.
You don’t need any experience in front of the camera. I’ll take care of the direction, posing and details throughout the session so you can simply enjoy the process.
Your Session, Your Style
There isn’t one formula for a personal portrait session.
Some people come to me wanting a few simple, beautifully lit portraits. Others want to experiment with different outfits, styling and a more fashion-inspired approach. We can create classic close up face portraits, full-length portraits, minimalist images focused on light and form or something more sensual.
What If I Don't Know How to Pose?
This is probably the question I hear most often. Most of the people you see in my portfolio had never stood in front of a professional camera before. Knowing how to pose isn't something you're expected to bring with you. I'll guide you throughout the session—showing you how to stand, where to look, what to do with your hands, and how to move naturally. My goal is to make the experience feel effortless and relaxed.
What to Wear?
Clothing can completely change the mood of a photograph, which is why I recommend bringing a few different options rather than trying to find one perfect outfit.
For most sessions, two to four looks give us enough variety.
Simple pieces often photograph beautifully: a well-cut blazer, a white shirt, a dress, jeans and a simple top, a bodysuit or something you wear often and feel good in. Neutral colours work particularly well in the studio, but there is no rule that everything has to be beige, black or white. If colour or a statement piece feels more like you, bring it.
You can also bring jewellery, shoes, glasses or other accessories that might work with your outfits.
The studio has a small selection of dresses, fabrics and accessories that we can use as well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the photo session take place?
The photo session takes place at the Iza Objektiva studio in Markuševec, Zagreb.
How long does the photo session last?
Depending on your chosen package and the number of outfit changes, the session usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We have plenty of time for different looks, lighting changes, and short breaks, without feeling rushed.
Do I need to know how to pose?
No. Throughout the session, I’ll guide you and help you with poses, body positioning, and angles that suit you best. No experience in front of the camera is needed.
How do I choose my photos?
After the session, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery where you can choose the photos you’d like to have edited and retouched.
Can I choose more photos than my package includes?
Yes. If you’d like more photos than your chosen package includes, you can order additional edited photos for €15 each.
Will I receive unedited photos?
I don’t provide unedited photos. All the photos you select are professionally edited and retouched, and delivered in high resolution, in both colour and black and white.
How can I book a session?
